It can take time to restore, heal, and prevent disease and symptoms using daily habits alone.

When our symptoms are SO MUCH that we are suffering, medications can be helpful by acting like a bandaid to stop the symptoms until we heal ourselves.

However, there are some medications that we typically avoid using, or don’t recommend patients take for very long, when trying to prevent dementia.

They can cause brain fog, confusion, falls and head injury, and in some studies are even linked to causing dementia.
